Cypress Golf Academy — Terms & Conditions

1. Semester-Based Enrollment
Cypress Golf Academy (“CGA”) operates on a semester-based enrollment system. When you register your child, you are reserving a student spot for the entire semester.
Although tuition is billed in monthly installments, these installments are part of a semester-long financial obligation and do not constitute a month-to-month membership.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that your family is financially responsible for the full semester tuition once the semester begins.
2. Tuition, First Payment, and Materials Fee
At the time of registration, the following charges apply:
The first month’s tuition installment
A one-time $100 Materials Fee for new students only
Returning families are not charged the Materials Fee again.
3. Billing Schedule
Tuition is billed in monthly installments based on the semester in which your child is enrolled. Billing dates are as follows:
Winter Semester: February 20
Spring Semester: April 20
Summer One: June 20
Summer Two: August 20
Fall Semester: October 20
The first installment is due at registration. All future installments are charged automatically on the applicable billing date.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
All tuition payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for absences or non-attendance due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, weather, loss of interest, or voluntary withdrawal.
Refunds are issued only if:
CGA cancels a program in its entirety, or
The facility is closed for two consecutive weeks or longer
5. Mid-Semester Withdrawal
Withdrawing from the program after a semester has begun does not cancel or reduce the tuition obligation.
If your child stops attending at any point during the semester, the remaining installment payments will still be charged in accordance with the semester payment plan.
6. Automatic Enrollment Into Future Semesters
CGA operates with automatic semester-to-semester enrollment.
Your child will remain enrolled in the next semester unless you submit the official Member Cancellation Form prior to the start of the upcoming semester.
Important Cancellation Requirements
Failure to submit the Member Cancellation Form before the next semester begins results in automatic enrollment
You will be financially responsible for the full tuition of the upcoming semester
Cancellation requests submitted via email, text message, verbal notice, or social media are not valid
Cancellations apply to future semesters only and do not cancel tuition for the current semester
7. Liability Release
Participation in golf instruction involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
By enrolling your child, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Cypress Golf Academy, its owners, coaches, contractors, staff, and partner facilities from any liability for injury, accident, or property loss.
8. Media Release
By registering, you grant Cypress Golf Academy permission to photograph or record your child during academy activities for use in professional communication, marketing, and educational materials.
You may opt out of media use at any time by submitting written notice to:

9. SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Cypress Golf Academy related to class reminders, lesson confirmations, billing notifications, scheduling updates, and program announcements. Messaging frequency varies.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes
10. Electronic Agreement
By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
This electronic agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable state and federal law.
By agreeing, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for the full semester tuition once the semester begins
- Monthly payments are part of a semester-long payment plan
- Tuition obligations cannot be canceled mid-semester
- Failure to submit the Member Cancellation Form before the next semester begins results in full financial responsibility
- All payments are non-refundable
