Cypress Golf Academy Registration - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a semester at the Cypress Golf Academy, you (“the Participant” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the registration process.

2. Commitment Duration

By registering, you are committing to a 8-week semester at the Cypress Golf Academy. Your participation and commitment are essential to your progress and the smooth operation of our academy.

3. Billing Schedule

Upon registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following billing schedule:

- First Payment: Due upon initial registration.
- Second Payment: Billed on April 20th.
- Billing Continues on the 20th of Every Month Unless a Member Cancellation Form is Submitted

All payments must be made on or before the specified dates to avoid late fees or potential cancellation of your registration.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Given the nature of our courses and the commitment we make to our instructors and facilities, we cannot offer refunds once the semester begins.

4.2. In case of cancellation before the semester begins, a processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please contact our administrative team for detailed information on this.

5. Participant’s Responsibilities

You agree to attend scheduled sessions regularly, come prepared, and actively participate to ensure your progress and that of your fellow participants.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to the Cypress Golf Academy Code of Conduct, which will be provided upon registration. Failure to follow this code may result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal from the academy without refund.

7. Liability Waiver

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that participation in sports, including golf, carries inherent risks. While we prioritize safety and provide expert instruction, accidents can happen. You hereby release Cypress Golf Academy, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during the course of the semester.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

Cypress Golf Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will ensure that changes are communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Cypress Golf Academy operates.
