Cypress Golf Academy Registration – Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Cypress Golf Academy program and clicking the "Submit" button on our registration form, you ("the Participant" or "you") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with registration.
2. Commitment Duration
By registering, you commit to an 8-week semester or designated Academy Membership as outlined on our website or promotional materials. Your registration secures a spot in our program and directly contributes to program staffing, facility scheduling, and class planning.
3. Billing and Payment Schedule
You acknowledge and agree to the following billing schedule:

The initial payment is due upon registration and includes program materials and your first month's tuition.

Ongoing payments are processed on the 20th of each month, beginning the month after your registration month.

Billing continues automatically each month unless a Member Cancellation Form is submitted and confirmed.
4. Membership Renewal and Cancellation
4.1. Automatic Semester Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew at the start of each new semester unless a Member Cancellation Form is submitted. You will be billed according to the ongoing monthly billing schedule unless you cancel your membership in advance.
4.2. Cancellation Requirements
To cancel your membership and stop recurring billing, you must submit a Member Cancellation Form. Verbal requests, emails, or texts are not accepted as cancellation. Billing will continue until the form is properly received and confirmed by our administrative team.
4.3. No Refunds After Program Start
No refunds will be issued once your child’s Academy Membership begins. This includes non-participation due to schedule conflicts, loss of interest, or personal circumstances.
4.4. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback instead of submitting a cancellation form violates these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide signed agreements, registration data, and program start documentation to financial institutions.
4.5. Pre-Semester Cancellations
If cancellation is requested before the program start date, a refund may be issued minus a $25 processing fee, provided the Member Cancellation Form is submitted and approved at least 7 days prior to the start date.
5. Parent/Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:

Arrive on time and attend regularly.

Participate in scheduled sessions.

Abide by the Cypress Golf Academy Code of Conduct.
6. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with golf and release Cypress Golf Academy, its staff, contractors, and facility partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
8. Consent and Documentation
By submitting the registration form, you consent to:

The storage of your registration details and digital signature.

Receiving automated email receipts and class communications.

Your signature and agreement being used in the event of a dispute.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal matters will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
