Before You Submit — How Enrollment & Cancellation Work Together

Cypress Golf Academy is designed as a long-term development program — most of our families are with us for a year or more, and golf skills are built across semesters, not weeks. That's why enrollment renews automatically from semester to semester: it guarantees your student keeps their class day and time for as long as you're an active member, without ever needing to re-register or race for a spot. At the same time, we know some families want to try the Academy for a single semester — and that's completely welcome. This form exists for exactly that purpose: it's how you tell us not to renew you into the next semester.

Here's how it works. Submitting this form cancels your enrollment at the end of your current semester — your student is welcome to finish every remaining class and match through the semester's final day. Because each 8-week semester is billed in two payments, enrolling in a semester is a commitment to that full semester: if your semester has already begun, you remain responsible for both payments, and your cancellation takes effect at the semester's end with no further charges after that. To avoid renewal into an upcoming semester, submit this form before that semester's first day. Payments already processed are non-refundable, and this form is the only valid way to cancel — email, text, phone, or verbal requests can't be processed.

Our 2026 semesters:

• Spring: March 16 – May 10

• Summer: May 11 – July 5

• Summer II: July 13 – September 6

• Fall: September 7 – December 13
   

For example, to avoid renewal into the Fall semester, submit this form by September 6. You'll receive a confirmation email as your record that your request was received. And if your situation is unique, reach out before submitting — we're happy to help you sort it out.
